Abstract

PhD in Spanish Literature from Florida State University, is a Cervantes biographer, documentarian, philologist, historian, paleographer and university professor. He completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, USA; Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, Spain; Liverpool Polytechnic, UK; Universität von Hildesheim, Germany; and Uniwersytet Jagielloński, Poland. His field of research focuses on the geniuses of Golden Age Spain, and he is the author of fifteen books on Calderón de la Barca, Luis de Góngora, Francisco de Quevedo, Lope de Vega, Garcilaso de la Vega and Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, and more than a hundred articles and reviews 

typeset in German, Spanish, French, English and Polish. He is a member of the Cervantine Society of Esquivias, guest author of "Todo Literatura", Madrid, Spain, Corresponding Member of the Royal Academy of Sciences, Fine Arts and Noble Arts of Cordoba and Corresponding Member of the Academy of Fine Arts and Historical Sciences of Toledo.
