Renowned chef from Chihuahua, third generation of family culinary tradition, focused on coexistence and the kitchen as the heart of the home, she learned to cook from a very young age accompanying her mother and becoming a great professional who has promoted the culinary treasures of Mexico around the world, explains the history of food, origins, traditions, customs and varieties. She talked about food and its importance in the native peoples, giving it a spirituality and coming to be considered an offering to the gods or the family. She is part of the Conservatory of Mexican Gastronomic Culture where it seeks to safeguard the roots of typical Mexican cuisine.
