Abstract

Architect and Master in Architecture with a mention in Urban Renewal from the National University of Engineering. Doctor in Tourism from the University of San Martín de Porres. He complemented his training with specialization courses in academic-professional institutions in Peru, Argentina, Germany, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Spain, the United States, France, Holland, England, Portugal, Sweden, Italy, Brazil, Uruguay and Cuba.

He has published books such as: “Management of cultural heritage and Latin American Historical Centers. Building bridges between heritage and the city…” (National University of Engineering - 2015), Barranco. He was Director of the Research Institute of the Faculty of Architecture, Urbanism and Arts of the UNI. Currently, he serves as President of As. Icomos-Peru
