Abstract
Architect by the UNAM, Master in Architecture by the Faculty of Architecture of the UNAM with a specialty in Urbanism. He has served as President of the College of Architects of Mexico and the Society of Mexican Architects (2006-2008), is a member of the Mexican Academy of Architecture-Mexican Institute of Culture, and the National Academy of Architecture.
President of the Infrastructure Development Advisory Group. He was Vice President of the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry and of the Mexican Society of Financial, Economic and Cost Engineering. Member of the Mexican National Legion of Honor. Currently President of the Mexican Association of Urban Planners.
