Abstract

Architect by the Autonomous University of Puebla. Master in Architecture in Restoration of Sites and Monuments by the National Institute of Anthropology and History. He is a Doctor of Architecture from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He is a National Researcher, by CONACYT. Speaker and lecturer at various national and international conferences and events.

Member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences and distinguished by the Government of Puebla. He has taken abroad the image and knowledge of the cultural, historical, artistic, architectural and urban heritage of Mexico. He has made several publications on the history of art, architecture, historic centers and restoration of monuments, cultural heritage and historic urbanism.
