Abstract
Architect by the UNAM, he has been a public official for more than 45 years, along that time he has collaborated with different institutions, both in the housing sector and in urban development. Each institution and his position will be specified, inside the text.
He is appointed academician emeritus of the ACADEMY of Architecture CAM – SAM of which he was president from 1984 to 1986. He has recently published a couple of autobiographical books that narrate his academic experience in the positions he has occupied, in addition to providing his vision about the most important topics of architecture and urbanism in Mexico.
