Abstract
She is a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master in Social Psychology from UNAM. Academic since 1979, Postgraduate researcher at the Faculty of Psychology. Speaker and lecturer at more than 570 national and international events, she founded and coordinates the University Program for Cultural Civic Heritage and Fight against Poverty at UNAM (MEC-EDUPAZ). She has also taught courses and workshops at 9 universities abroad. She was President 2015-2018 of the Mexican chapter of ICOMOS International. Consulting organization "A" of UNESCO.
Author of 5 Participatory Models of Social Intervention, highlighting those of: "Development of Citizen Skills and Potentialities for Decision Making" and the "Itinerary of Knowledge and Culture with the local leadership project "The City of Knowledge" whose is continental. She heads the general coordination of its publication as an international book supported by the PRONACE-CONACYT 2022 framework.
