Abstract
With an initial presentation of the Index of the Sections that make up the Journal No. 23 and a brief introduction to the editorial issue in which the topics and contents that make up this issue are addressed. The purpose of this letter is to describe the ambitious first volume of the twelfth year of the entire series of publications MEC-EDUPAZ, UNAM. This letter also describes the editorial line that defined the theme of the present publication: "Twenty-Third edition. With the theme of: Sustainable Heritage Management: A Culture-Nature Journey".
