Abstract
This Charter proposes continuity between tangible and intangible heritage and highlights the way in which the thought of indigenous peoples is expressed in their rituals, traditions, architecture, language, knowledge and sense of territory. In the face of acculturation and the impact of globalization, this document aims to highlight, above all, a decolonized view of indigenous thought, as well as the diversity that prevails in the ways of inhabiting the world
