Contemporary art installation, conceptual art. “Educación para La Paz .... con Perspectiva de Género” (Education for Peace with a Gender Perspective).

Abstract

Contemporary conceptual art project carried out at the Women's Museum of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), presents the installation by Mexican visual artist Martha Ortiz Sotres entitled: “Education for Peace... with a Gender Perspective”, which offered the public a space for reflection to encourage participation and collective involvement, through an interactive modality of visitors, seeking to engage them directly and playfully, in a framework of equity. This exhibition aimed to create an experience of empowerment and improvement through education for peace, to involve them in a shared change both as individuals and as a society.
