Abstract

By Graciela Aurora Mota Botello
This issue of the Journal, dedicated to “Psychology and People-Centred Cultural Heritage”, represents a challenge that is in turn the result of the series of debates and management needs that are reflected above all in the international letters on the subject, and undoubtedly, in the complexity that the global agenda has had to advance due to sustainability, the impact of climate change and the imminent need to develop better practices at the level of daily life.
It is also the result of the progress that we, as MEC-EDUPAZ, UNAM, have had to demonstrate, as a whole chain of educational contributions, dissemination products, advances in linking and professionalization of the students involved, over the last fifteen years.
For our readers, this issue represents a turning point that begins with content of great interest, especially in the areas of educational innovation related to heritage, the university, and sustainable development derived from the development of human potential of the bearers of heritage resources and their communities.
