Abstract
Gabriela Eugenia López Torres

With extensive training in art, museology, and cultural management, Gabriela Eugenia López Torres is a prominent Mexican cultural manager. She has held senior management positions at renowned institutions such as the Tamayo Museum, the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH), the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature (INBAL), and the National Museum of World Cultures.
A specialist in cultural policy, strategic planning, and heritage management, she holds a degree in Art History from the Universidad Iberoamericana. She has complemented her academic training with studies in architecture (UNAM) and anthropology (INAH), as well as in senior museum management (ITAM-Getty Leadership Institute-ILM) and cultural communication (Jenkins Graduate School). She recently completed a master's degree in Cultural Management at the Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla, where she is currently working on her thesis.
Since 2023, she has been director of the Museo Casa del Risco, where she is promoting its comprehensive restructuring and modernization. Her career has positioned her as a key figure in Mexico's cultural development.
