Abstract
Climate change is one of the main threats to cultural heritage worldwide. In light of this situation, the ICOMOS Climate Action Working Group (CAWG) has been working tirelessly to protect heritage by promoting climate action in the sector and emphasizing the importance of sustainable adaptation. In this document, the organization promotes actions aimed at strengthening knowledge of climate risks, increasing the resilience of communities, and fostering flexible strategies that enable change to be managed, ensuring the authenticity and conservation of heritage values.
